From the Secondaries' Bill of Rights: "I have the right to have and express all of my emotions."

This applies AFTER the relationship ends, too. After my secondary relationship broke up, my ex-partner tried to make me feel guilty merely for mentioning that bare fact. No names, no details, no discussion of reasons or blame, not enough information to identify anybody else involved, just the fact that I'd broken up with my unnamed secondary and I was feeling miserable about it.

Screw that.
